Befalling from on high,
Responding as a soothing hymn
That quiets desperate cries.
In sweet surprise your joy's revealed,
As morning's dawnlit breeze,
As raining showers captured stilled,
And wailing winds at ease.
As sudden burst of bloom in air,
Thy secret beauty be,
And when the whispered prayer's declared,
Disclose thyself to me.
